In the event of a case of the Coronavirus in Pacific County, Surfside Homeowners Association has issued the following statement of closure. It appears to not be if, but rather, when. This statement appeared in the current Weekender. It makes sense for this action.
It would be prudent for the members to initiate this action now. If you live in one of the infected areas outside our area, Please stay home. We have many vulnerable members living here. We do not want or need this deadly virus being brought to us.
Surfside Members
In the event that Pacific County Emergency Management issues a statement confirming cases of the COVID19 virus in Pacific County, the Surfside business office and water office will be closed to all members.
All meetings including, but not limited to include committee meetings, Board of trustee meetings and evening events like the yoga class will be cancelled.
If you absolutely need to physically come to the office please call in advance and discuss options for picking up items such as RV Storage keys, Compactor Passes, RV Permits or dropping off payments.
For payments we can take credit cards over the phone and email the receipts back to you or you can drop a check through the mail slot in the front door.
