None of our covenants have ever been regularly enforced. Get rid of all of them. All most of us want is water n garbage. The rest is just an excuse for a power trip.
9:08, I agree. Surfside is just a community wrapped around a water company. Get rid of all the old cronies and the covenants. All we need is water and garbage.
Please start a new topic. Should have before stopping comments on the last. That way we dont have to listen the sniveling of board members like August 21st.

Yes get rid of the cronies and covenants.
Covenants we’re here when you and I bought our property, why in the hell would you think they should be changed after the fact?
