HOA REVIEW

Patrick Johansen, former Board Trustee and member, has a new web site and blog called HOA-Review.  This new site provides information on a growing number of HOA's, including Surfside.  You do not have to be a member of his site to review the information or comments, however, if you do wish to make comments, you must be registered through a simple process.

While most HOA web sites offer information from the top down, this site offers information from the bottom up, the members.  As this site continues to develop and expand, it can be a good source of information that will help the HOA members solve problems and issues. 

Surfside is among the list of local HOA associations. You simply click on Surfside on that list, and it will take you to a discussion of Surfside issues, where you can read and make comments.
