General Manager Report

April 2019....Refreshing...

It is refreshing to see a Manager report that does have something to report. 
The report is a good indication of a professional manager who will be an asset for the association. As he grows in his understanding of all the issues and procedures in place presently, he will be in a better position to make administrative corrections as needed.  The jury is out on his level of performance, but he deserves every chance to succeed.  His biggest obstacle is the present Board.  He appears to be a good listener and that is vital as he begins his new duties. Nobody wishes to hear your self serving commentary. Take this blog as it is, or leave it, it really doesn't matter. You and your fellow Board members do not control the free speech here, no matter how hard you try.

so our new guy needs all these people to show him what they know. I just hope that when he gets his bearings he will understand which of these office staff are causing the problems and holding on to their authority and who he can cut. By Laura - don't let the door hit you on the way out.
