The return to stocking and screens at at Bear Lake was presented to the Flood control people with several Commissioners present and they thought it was a great idea for the lake. Keeping the screens clear for several Winter months would be the responsibility of the association, as is done in Seabreeze Lake and the canal.
Some of the longer term members remember when this was where the fish derby was held annually.
With fish again planted, we will see members getting more use at the Twin Lakes Cabana. The present brush and grass at the waters edge will be removed to provide better fishing opportunity and small boat launching.

SHOA boat? Is it available to all members?
I recommend we put a moratorium on all elective SHOA facility improvements until all issues related to asbestos containing water pipe are resolved.
