Remember, we're a water company. Free home delivery of purchased clean water to full time residents when the water station or lines fail. J Placers can't be expected to go out and buy their own water, they would have to come in contact with the lowland deplorables.

What about the Waterways Committee? They have done some recent work I know of.

do you really think in a true emergency, such as a major earthquake, people will be traveling to go get water. lets get really Clancy, people need to be responsible and stock their own water and food

Clancy likes to call shots and spend our money. Or should I say call shots, spend our money, and spend our money for Wolfe and the county. No wonder the county does very little when Surfside violated county laws.
