What happened to the "Save Surfside"?
This disgusting practice has to end.
It is clear from the pictures that the owners wanted to keep their trees. Because of the tree covenants, they could not save them in spite of their honest efforts. To the owners I say...I feel your pain and frustration. I am so sorry.
This is only going to get worse as the trees mature. Complaint or not, the tree height covenant is turning Surfside into a waste land. How can anyone think this is acceptable? How can anyone support this? Only sick and disgusting individuals will write complaints and/or support this kind of practice. Shame on you.
