This group of members sets an example of how a committee should function.
This committee is composed of members that share a common goal for the betterment of Surfside by applying technology that will benefit everyone including the Board, staff and members.
I found it especially beneficial and efficient how the different members are assigned tasks. The minutes are well written. Mr. Tollefson takes his responsibility as Committee Chairman with the seriousness and attention it deserves. It is refreshing to see a committee that is not dominated by Trustees. Thank you to the committee members for working so hard and expending so much time for working to make Surfside a better place to live and recreate.

If you're not on the committee that's absolutely true. Fine with me.
Many committees would fail to exist without Board members adding to their duties by attending them.
I find the Trustee remark both interesting and quite telling. Wasn't George a Trustee when he was on the then Tree committee along with another Trustee? Didn't seem to be an issue then, did it? He quit after the other Trustee was removed as chair and replaced with a non Trustee.
Same old bias.
The younger generation of people are moving in with an new modern way of doing business.45-55. We will be pushing out the old limp men & dried up women. Things will be changing.
I'm sure George appreciates your comment 1:55. I'll look forward to meeting all of these young whippersnappers at the July meeting.
While I view 45 to 55 as young, I am not offended by the comment from 1:55 PM In fact I agree. Not sure about the pushing part. Don't want a broken hip. I do agree with "old limp and dried up". Those young whippersnappers can't do any worse than the rest of us.
