BUSINESS OFFICE/COMPLIANCE REPORT

June 16, 2018

The materials for the office security fortifications was $6,438.00
Could not have the job costed by project because "Toby's hours are categorized in common properties wages"?  I guess it is to difficult to add the wages spent on Toby on this unauthorized project.

11 new tree complaints for the kill tree committee to investigate. It would be nice to see some detail on the other complaints. I would think the Board and members would be interested to know what other covenants have complaints.  Maybe more sheds.

In my opinion, this report lacks details that should be of interest and concern to the Board and members.  So with this report we are supposed to be informed?  I think not.

The words "its not possible to have the job costed by project" surely shows the general ignorance or deceitful cunning so often displayed by the Business Manager. This report is a perfect example on a monthly basis of the complete failure to deliver a reasonable level of information to the members.

"general ignorance" is a good description. It describes the board and most members. This is how the board operates. Ignorance is bliss. No problems.

Are we paying a Business Manager who is incapable of finding an hourly rate of pay and applying it to the number of hours worked on a project? Are we dealing with a board that is so thunderously stupid that they don't demand to know the full costs of project, particularly unplanned projects. Are we dealing with a board and Business Manager who are colluding to hide the facts from the members? Take your pick. All possibilities are embarrassingly terrible.

The Business Manager can't write using proper grammar and terminology ? And yes, there should be details. Details are obviously omitted to prevent general knowledge of enforcement efforts among the members. Any other explanation is just a smoke screen.

Speaking from experience, the business manager continually makes mistakes. She doesn't pay attention to detail and doesn't proof her own work. In 6 years, we received a minimum of 6 pieces of communication from her that has incorrect information. If she was my employee, she would have been terminated a long time ago. I'm not afraid to sign my name to this because she already knows who this is. I catch her mistakes CONSTANTLY!
