BOARD MEETING 6/19/2021

Meeting Agenda... update ..Board meeting tomorrow (Sat) morning at 9am. Limited # of members allowed in the boardroom. The meeting will not be streamed but you may phone in to the conference call line to listen.

1-888-585-9008 At the prompt enter: 664-308-714.

Good luck trying to figure out what the meeting is about. Seems like they should be able to figure out the member capacity inside. It won't be streamed, no audio,  and a Weekender confused explanation.  Two (2) members submitted questions?  If the new 4 choice candidates get elected, You have a hell of a mess to try and clean up.

Click on the agenda once or twice for a larger view.

Why is this not being broadcast or taped?

If you listened to the last meeting you know why it will not be recorded...

Interesting comments. Interesting board agenda. Everyone is encouraged to vote. Exercise your right. I am new to hearing and reading some postings here. I am one of the candidates for board of trustees. I would like to serve and represent HOA members. Let us get involved. Email or text me any questions, if I don't know the answer, I will say so. Thank you.

@Steve Wallace, why don't you enlighten all of us with an answer. Aren't you just a bag of chips

The newsletter said it would not be broadcast.

@Steve Cox - what is your point? It wasn't broadcast - you had to dial in. The number was provided in the Weekender 2 editions ago.

And that didn't work. That's my point. There are ways of testing to see if such a set-up is going to work, this being yet another failed effort. I don't always read the Weekender, but it really wouldn't have made a difference would it ?

At the last B meeting I was on the agenda with the Bylaw change proposal. I wasn't shown a camera or given a microphone. The Trustees on camera were barely audible.

Therevhasn't been a Bylaw change in 50 years, and this would be a benefit to members. Oops! Today the candidates were speaking, and important questions needed answers about the botched ballot issue. 2 screw-ups there, oops!

Seems intentional to me, but otherwise, why are they changing their methods, and why doesn't anyone know whatvthey're doing ?

Steve this board will never convince me or many others of a printing error. Their honesty and integrity just went out the window. Minich went after Joanne today for her letter. She has every right to question our voter rights and thank you Joanne for doing so.. Even if she accepted his answer, that doesn't mean she can't still pursue it further.
You presented your case last month the proper way. It should have been on the ballot next month for members to vote on. 5, yes 5 trustees voted against it being on the ballot.
