Board meeting uncertainty...conference call?
This is the exchange on Surfside Facebook this morning.  In the next post, I will show how these issues should have been resolved years ago. This Board and management are clueless or deliberately trying to keep the members un-informed.,

    Surfside Homeowners Association Good Morning, Stephanie. I'm not sure how effective that would be for us. Someone would have to hold the cell phone/laptop/tablet and move it around. That would be exhausting for an entire board meeting. They are currently working on putting together WEBX for the meeting this weekend so they can see each other. Only a couple trustees are coming to the office along with Tom and Kimber. The rest will be conferencing in....hopefully, with their laptop cameras/microphones, If not, it will be a conference call. They are hoping to have a system that any member would be able to utilize to remotely attend the meeting. We are treading in uncharted waters with this and trying to do the best we can.

  Linda Ryan Anderson So I guess that means the "board" will continue to do whatever they want, business as usual, right? Maybe just maybe they should cancel their meetings until all this crazy stuff is finished, please...
