HOA-REVIEW
Note: This is not a change to the "official" Association web site. It is independent of Surfside.
A newly created web site that includes Surfside among other local HOA's, should be of interest to all members. It provides another source of information where you can directly comment and ask questions. It is still a work in progress and takes some navigation. I found it simple to join. You can view it without being a member, but in order to comment, you must join. You can use a nick name as I have (George), but the administrator does know your identity. For those who object to "Anonymous" comments, you should like this.
The new web site mission statement:
" Our mission is to help HOA property owners communicate with each other to maintain control of their board members."
"The owners, admins, moderators and others that contribute to this site are not attorneys; all information, blogs, comments and communications related to this blog are opinions and beliefs, and are not legal advice".
