Proxy Appointment Form
The form and how I voted...
It will take over a thousand NO votes to reject the 2020 budget.

I trashed my ballot as a "no" vote is irrelevant. Why bother. I never see reductions of any spending only a defferal till next year or later. We we will probably be at $700 a year in 3 years. The sky is the limit.
Nobody here wants to work together for change. If you ever disagree with someone on a topic, they will get mad at you and turn on you completely.They are all afraid of the board members. Good luck getting enough fair-minded Trustees elected to this place. It will take years to get this board to agree to put member proposals to a vote. I also acknowledge that this board may never allow that.
Why even bother to vote? It will pass. I am not going to waste the cost of a stamp or my time. I will be voting no on voting. The lighting thing is just another travesty on the members by the Olds J Place gang. Unbelievable! No, I guess it is.
If the total budget vote is 300 and 200 vote yes and all no voters did do not vote does the board have enough % to pass the budget with only 200 votes?
If all 300 voted no, the budget will pass. It takes over 1,100 no votes to defeat the budget. Do you think it will pass? Do you think your vote makes any difference? Just pay up and shut up. We have nine wise people called trustees looking after us.
Section 3. At all annual and special meetings of the members, ten per cent of all of the members of the corporation shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Each member shall be entitled to one vote. 2020 members/10% equals 202 votes.
Hey, If I vote NO on this - how do I know it gets counted. When I turn it in the person who receives it is obvious going to check to make sure everything looks ok - if they see a NO vote (against their pay raise/COLA) they may throw it out. I wonder if this has been going on?
You bet it has been going on 9:26 AM. The elections are rigged.
This place doesn't allow electronic online voting or vote by mail.
They allow people to send in blank proxy forms so their buddies on the board get extra votes.
My previous post was wrong. I forgot. I can't mail mine in.
This place only allows proxy by mail. Why would someone mail in a proxy for a member voting for them in person? Why wouldn't that person give it to the other person who is showing up in person? It is common here for board members to have about 30 votes each.
