For God's sake, does everything have to be about J Place?
A covenant shall apply to All members.
This "anonymous" change to the lighting covenants is no doubt made by the J Place gang and will be passed by the J Place Board. It is poorly written and full of flaws.
Just more of the same old disgusting BS. This only serves the members by creating more division, distrust and growing number of members who see the only remedy as dissolving this HOA.
