I have included all the pages because this is the only place it is available. For many of us it can be a bit complicated to understand., especially the graphs. The Water Department, and especially April Garcia, deserve our appreciation for a complete report.
The recent "water line break" was due to an outside utility company which broke the line. It was not due to all the other false information about old, used, soft sand, dry sand, etc. etc.

Lower water pressure makes gardening and lawn care too much work. This does not assist to make Surfside an attractive community.
