She is known for her no nonsense truthful information. Her report is well written and informative. You will find that these 2 pages answer a lot of questions you may have.

Our dues and assessments bill included a report on water consumption for the past year. Our highest water usage was in August but the graph on the annual bill shows it to be June.
So nbw hires out water main replacement? Lol
