Jan. 22 - Feb. 12, 2019
Click on the report for a larger view. In my opinion, this helps those of us with less than perfect eye sight.

Although not on this list, I wonder if the Board, while in closed session, approved the variance for Board Member deLeest to allow their building to exceed the stated covenant height by four and one half feet. This is much like Clancy’s “eyesore on I Street” got approved as a “service building”. Although it is nothing more than a large “shed” that violates a number of covenants. If deLeeest is granted a variance, then they best be prepared to grant the hundreds variances that will follow for tree heights!
Just a note to add. As explained elsewhere in this blog, the law requires that minutes of any meeting not open to the public must publish minutes of that meeting that includes any measure voted on during that meeting and the results of said vote. So am awaiting those minutes. Lack of minutes (complete, not cherry picked) and lack of transperancy will result in further legal action against the responsible party(s) if it is the last thing I do!
The BOT unilaterally changes the rules, the BOT holds closed meetings, BOT members get multiple votes on things, the BOT doesn't follow federal, state, or county rules, the BOT and others on committees scold members for not reading rules, and many say we can't opt in to the new state HOA law. You don't know why people don't show up?
How does one apply for the BOT? I haven't been able to find anything on the HOA site not CCRs, which seems off and somewhat oppressive. When can someone start letting their intent know I'm publications, on the website, have forums, door knock, and produce campaign materials. Let's make this happen.
11:21 they don't make motions in closed session so there are no minutes. If they have motions to make they make in regular session after closed. There was never a closed session where the discussions were shown as minutes. George has been in many of these so he knows how they work.

Let's submit our variances now.

Count me in 02/19 8:32 AM.
All committee meetings and board and member meetings are open to the public. No one comes to them though

You think they would show up to initiate change, how else does change happen? Not sitting back reading a blog
What change have you initiated 3:37 PM?
1:06. The Board adjourns to closed session. Only the Board members and perhaps some management personnel are allowed into the meeting!
Sure as heck doesnt change by attending meetings. Thats been proven over n over. Old saying, "if i want your opinion, ill beat it out of you".

Still waiting for the uncensored minutes of the Board closed session!
