This is always interesting. I am going to see if I can get more information on Surfside activity in regards to property transactions. Seems like there is more building going on than in the past. Maybe not. All the new houses look neat and attractive. I just wish they would leave more trees when they prepare a lot for building.

Why do we see lots of new houses going up but very few appearing in reports from this committee? It brings the question, are houses being built without approvals from the HOA? Who is checking on this? Does anyone drive around to check if structures are being built without HOA approval?
Surfside runs on the basis of snitches telling on others, so now you know how it works go to the office / fortress and fill out the proper snitch forms
909, nobody, especially anyone that has a commercial construction license is building a house in SS without the proper approvals of the county and the HOA. But your welcome to drive a around and admire these new homes?
The County will not approve a building permit for a residence in Surside until approved by SHOA.
This does not include shed's as the County does not require a building permit.
