How fortunate we are to have Kimber Haltermann and Heidi Lawson in the Surfside Office. As we have seen so many times, staff come and go, and it falls back on them to carry on the business of the association. Both are capable to be running everything. We can all help by not increasing to their work load. Stay away from the office and let them work safely.
Also, Thanks to the water crew that are there for us 24/7 Thanks also to the compactor crew who have a big holiday demand. Please take the time to thank them all.
I agree 100% George. Their contributions are much appreciated !
ReplyDeleteYes thank you! These are the ones who keep the wheels going!
ReplyDeleteThank You! I won't email them any questions or concerns or send them any letters. They don't have time for us members. They're too busy.
ReplyDeleteWhich Trustees' terms are ending ? Williams, deLeest, and Winegar ? Then that would leave 5 vacancies. There seems to be some slight of hand going on here. By my reckoning, no one has been appointed to the Chandler vacancy, and the 3 listed here voted to extend their terms until the Annual Meeting, postponed by the same people. DeLeest and Winegar had said they weren't running for re-election.
ReplyDeleteClancy has his house for sale too. If he is leaving, please let their be a God, and let him be gone for good, he needs to give up his spot now, so it can be filled the right way.
ReplyDeleteYes, I agree. Let him be gone for good.
ReplyDeleteMy interactions have primarily been with Kimber, and I couldn't be more pleased with her knowledge and efficiency. She rocks!
