Too much oppression and suppression from J-Place Board Members who do NOT understand or care about people who live west of J-Place. I dont undertand RIGID enforcement when a rule does not make sense and does not meet the intent of the rule. There are always exceptions to rules- especially when they do NOT make sense and hurt people unnecessarily. Cant you be flexible, kind, friendly, logical?

You can live anywhere in the county and have little to no enforcement and live in a forest. Why move to the ocean to live behind trees?

Your property taxes have nothing to do with being in this HOA or your somehow imagined view! They are based on the influx of people from out of state that have driven up property values. As for your guaranteed view, go out and stand at anyone of your property corner pins (or maybe do them all, 1 at a time) stare straight up into the sky then look down at your shoes or sandals or slippers whatever you are wearing.
That was your guaranteed view, nothing more nothing less. Get beyond the thought that your taxes are hi due to your view!

Sharing any information, especially personal information (e.g. an email address) that your members and customers have trusted you with is a direct violation of Privacy. Sharing HOA mailing list makes this HOA untrustworthy.

Let's show our strength in why all covenants need review and rewritten. We do not want to do away with them as Annette and the J placers think
