Great deal of interest in election. There have been 1,240 views on the blog today, so far. A record.

Just got the word!! Our 4 are in!!!!🎉🎉🎉

Great news. Finally we can start to report on positive changes. The members have spoke loud and clear. The old ways of doing things are over. The members have their voices back. Congratulations on your fair win. Let the work begin.

That is awesome news!

So, Ronda who LIVES in Tacoma will not be available only on occasional weekends- that 8s brilliant! Hopefully she can be available in between teeth cleanings via phone!

Anonymous said...

311 - take your sore loser crap and file it!

As you and yours have told us for the last three years, scoreboard.
Ronda has already propose more good than you and your dinosaurs did in the last 10 years.

Anonymous said...

I'll believe it all when there is no "investigation" into the election, and Williams and de Leest cede.

Icegoalie said...

Glad to see those signs that wallpapered our neighborhood worked so well.

Anonymous said...

For those who endured the better part of five hours, it was worth it to see Gary Williams at a loss for words.

Anonymous said...

315 - Williams already ceded before the meeting was over.

Anonymous said...

Thank god! Now Surfside can begin to heal! Congratulations everyone! I’m over the moon!

Anonymous said...

Now that Williams has extra time, maybe he will bring his covenant violations into compliance.

Anonymous said...

So who is our new board and Pres?

Anonymous said...

What's left of the board and the new members are meeting now to determine office positions.

George Miller said...

I have just added the vote count of those who won and the executive positions, in the posting above.

Anonymous said...

Yeah, now if we can get Ric and Kurt out Surfside will be better.

Doug Malley said...

@ 3:11
Williams doesn’t live here full time but you seemed to believe he was a wonderful Trustee and President, just shows that the members are tired of the good ole boys spend mentality. Now it is time to change Surfside into what it should be, a place for all to feel welcome and to believe what they feel and say is listened to and matters.

Anonymous said...

CONGRATULATIONS - Larry, Cori, Ronda and John!

And a very special thank you to Beth Ann Bauer for the tree motions!

SMILING, HAPPY HAPPY, WINNING.........

Anonymous said...

Doug, anyone who believed Williams was doing a good job was either involved with a common self-interest, or not watching.

Despite comments to the contrary, our water still does not pass the site test or the smell test. Compactor is frequently full, and blaming contractors for dumping garbage there seems to be a convenient excuse. With two full-time employees there, that shouldn't be happening. Security has been inconsistent, to be polite. All this happened on Williams watch.

The motion was made at the end of the meeting to declare a moratorium on all three complaints. Hope they got that on the record.

Anonymous said...

Since she doesn't work for Surfside but for Gary, time to fire Tracy.

Anonymous said...

The BOT did themselves in with their little tree compliance campaign. This was the MAJOR issue and most likely the only reason some of them were not re-elected. I hate to see Mark Scott go, he unfortunately he got lumped in with the current BOT mindset. I hope to see him run again in the future.

This is a good day for the trees!

Anonymous said...

We only voted for one of the three but extend congratulations to all the new members. It will be interesting to follow how this develops.
Best of luck to the new and existing board members.

Were there any special motions or discussions about covenants (lighting, trees)?

Anonymous said...

I second the idea of firing Tracey Loftstrom. We need to hire a good manager for once!

Anonymous said...

Yes-@4:20pm

Trees-
1. Review covenants and modify, change, or remove. Passed. BOT Williams said this now goes to them for approval (?)

2. Moratorium on all tree trimming demands until above is accomplished. Passed. BOT Williams said this now goes to them for approval (?)

Lighting-

Deferred to November 2021 meeting.

Anonymous said...

Moratorium on all tree complaints was voted upon and approved. Lighting Covenant will not come back on the table until November.

Anonymous said...

Looks like more good was accomplished at the annual meeting then the previous year combined. Good luck to the new board members!

Anonymous said...

I stayed entire time, did notice Tracy ( manager) changed demeanor when results read. Gary Williams and she were happy and seemed a little cocky. After results, Gary was clearly in shock had trouble speaking and Tracy seemed angry and both wanted out of there. Fire Tracy in my opinion ASAP

lost hope said...

That's great news, Congratulations to the new BOT members!

Anonymous said...

Deputy Bob - agreed! She is not the fit for this Association.

Anonymous said...

According to your profile you are the blog admit- therefore you are the guy harassing her! Poor lady- what did she ever do to you?

Anonymous said...

If you look at your behavior you will need more than a great manager- ya all need a mirror. Try that! Manager isnt the problem it's the loud mouthed arrogant dummies who think they know everything. Property going up for sale ASAP! GOOD RIDDENS.

Anonymous said...

Based on this election our property will NOT be going up for sale. Looking forward to new positive leadership and communication. Open minds. Open hearts. Represent ALL.

@7:08 Bye boy-

Steven Wallace said...

My only regret is that I butchered My trees in June. I should have had faith in the populace.

Anonymous said...

oh shizzle, bummer. Well, give them lots of water and they will probably come back. I recommended to all my neighbors to wait until winter for cutting but now they don't have to. People can still trim their trees or take them out if they want, it's just not reasonable for others to demand you do. Unless that "view" is designated in your deed, I think you are all S.O.L. it's a bogus fantasy a realtor sold you, that's it.

I do think people are over reacting- saying they are selling and how awful things will be. They were expecting complete anarchy as well, but everyone was calm and respectful.

I'm hopeful and look forward to a less hostile environment so I too can reconsider leaving here.

Anonymous said...

Views change all the time, heck, I can see all kinds of stuff now because people cleared to build homes. Storms happen, new plantings happen, things just happen. Be happy you not living in a rundown motor home on the side of the road. Practice gratitude. Practice respect. Practice patience. Practice peace.

Everything is going to be all right.............

Anonymous said...

708 - at the meeting today, a new committee was recommended to be able to help people in the association in need. Please let us know if you need help packing.

Anonymous said...

Bye Bye 708, see ya hate to by ya.

Fire that rag Tracey, get us someone with a good mind set.

Anonymous said...

Great news everyone, first chance at looking over the meeting results. I'm glad that the lighting issues is tabled, it was a stupid idea in the first place. Trees? well I can live with or without. Williams and Deleast, without.

Anonymous said...

@3:11, you obviously have something for Ronda. It seems okay Jim Flood was never here, Gary does not live here full-time, nor does Cori.
I'm sure she will make it work. Your hatred is no longer needed in this community. Today starts a new day for surfside.
Positive changes bring positive attitudes and will bring positive results

Anonymous said...

We were unable to go to the picnic after the meeting. Could any who attended please let us know how that went. Thank you.

Anonymous said...

So proud of you all. I have been following this blog for a long time. I think the problem started years ago, when the Covenants were changed to give the Board power without any guardrails. I hope this can be corrected by requiring certain controversial ideas - like new rules, or legal action- be approved by the members.

Anonymous said...

Tracy should do the honorable thing and resign. That would be the second positive change. The new board deserves a business manager who is nothing more than a holdover from the Williams faction. She has proven that she lacks the skills to work with a board or interact with the members. Her attitude is going to impair her ability to embrace the goals of a new board. If the board is to accomplish what they propose and the members now expect, they are going to need all the cooperation and help they can get. The new board now has to prove themselves by actions and not just more talk. It is going to take time to regain the trust of the members. That trust has to be earned.

Anonymous said...

Can we find out the total vote count? The totals for the nonelected also?

Anonymous said...

Tracy does not rule the board. This is all positive change coming, give it time

Anonymous said...

739 - there was a motion made to review all covenants, rules, and policies, with an eye towards making sure we are in line with federal state and local regulations. This would be a good point to address the exclusivity of the board in regards to the Covenants.

We need to put power back in the hands of the members.

Anonymous said...

If for no other reason, Tracy's husband's actions should get her fired.

Icegoalie said...

George, I hope you are as happy with this outcome as we are!

Would really like to hear your thoughts on the outcome of the election, and the assignment of positions.

Anonymous said...

How does winning a few seats and going on the offensive against your neighbors bring peace to Surfside? I thought you people had something besides revenge in mind for this "community"? Peace and reconciliation or something like that? I guess not.

Anonymous said...

There is a post on the official Surfside facebook page naming the new trustees and thanking the outgoing trustees Gary and Mark. Comments aren't allowed so I would ask (here on the blog) if the administrator of that facebook page could also please acknowledge Rudd Turner. Filling the role of Treasurer is no small task. I don't know Rudd and never even personally talked to him but he clearly took the treasurer responsibility very seriously and devoted who knows how many hours to that role.

Anonymous said...

No one is going on the offensive against neighbors or plotting revenge. The first step mentioned is to put things on hold in order to review covenants and past practices so as to make informed decisions going forward. Seems sensible to me.

Anonymous said...

I'm happy to say this was my first time attending a meeting with pure hope and i made sure many of my local friends came too with that same hope. Gary stood up there and pointed out how no one attends the meetings or comments in the past and this is why. When ever someone with an ounce of common sense finally got voted in, the J street people targeted them and ran them out, there was never a sense of hope from any of us low land people. New committee members, never shut people down, don't close the topics at hand, take every raised hand until there are no more. Many people want to say what those standing up are bold enough to say. One more topic that need to be addressed as much as the trees is the algae in the lakes and potential to kill my dogs. Gary also pushed this under the table, shame on you, you must not like animals which makes you suck even more. If my dog dies, all heck will break loose!! Find a solution to the lake that so many people enjoy.

Anonymous said...

852 - please try not to sound like a cranky toddler who didn't get their way. Nobody is declaring war on anybody. We are simply taking the association back for the members.

WOW! I watch the real estate market closely and I awoke to find this ad in my Inbox this morning. I do believe the majority of property owners land/home values just increased here in Surfside! We weren't the only ones put-aside by the old BOT agendas! Read the first line, friends and neighbors:

The water needs to be closed to all recreation when known hazards are present. With strong language signage. Period. Zero tolerance on health and safety issues. I continue to shake my head at the irresponsibility.

Anonymous said...

What you ask and what you get are two different things. Description is nearly 1/2 acre. Notice the work on edge of the canal. A violation.

Anonymous said...

@11:10

Don't you just love Realtor marketing tools? Kind of like the one they use "VIEW". Unfortunately, people fall for it. These words do not mean in perpetuity. It just means right now at the time of this writing. People believe what they want to believe. I trusted my realtor to report back to me with my inspection. What a dummy I was and never again. A fool and his money....

Steve Cox said...

Yes, many thanks to Rudd for his service. He has obviously taken his responsibility seriously and has the skills we need with such a large budget and Reserves to manage.

Subject: TIME- time is a valuable thing, something you can never get back

This was my first HOA member meeting. I have attempted to listen to monthly meetings in the past, but could not make sense of the word salad and random non-subject matter trail offs that frequently happen.

After having spent the last five years of my career in an Executive setting, here’s a couple suggestions for existing and new board members. Maybe some of this can help gain organization and new interest by members in HOA business.

1. Voting

All voting should be done without wasting time and resources. What I experienced, quite frankly, was a cluster of resources and a serious violation of time. I performed a test, three ways. I attended the meeting to vote, two neighbors participated, assigning me as proxy. One neighbor mailed in and another dropped off at the school the morning of.

Upon arrival, I checked in with the HOA, and then was sent to another table to check in with Janet Corey Group, who scrolled through a list of members, checked my name and then assigned me an open half sheet of blue paper with a number on it to vote later in the meeting.

About 1.5 hours into the meeting, the Janet Corey Group came into the assembly, collected the blue paper and called names for proxy voting papers. What I was handed, was confusing and shocking, to say the least. The proxy paper was a photocopy, on purple paper, of my two neighbors actual ballots, minus “their signature” from the original they submitted and the signature section blank for ME to sign again. (?)

After those designated ‘re-signed all the purple papers’, they were collected, by passing them around the member assembly, (that’s right, hand to hand to hand, no privacy or security) back to Janet Corey Group who then had to continue with the count, which took a team of 3-4 staff additional time.

2. Agenda

There appears to be a lack of time structure, not only at this member meeting but in the monthly meetings as well. Preparation is paramount otherwise you end up with an unproductive waste of time. If you are the subject matter expert, you need to figure out how to eliminate words to get information to people in a cohesive sentence structure, which includes potential answers to questions that a novice might ask. The board members have the agenda ahead of time, type up your information, scrub it by removing filler words and unnecessary language, anticipate what someone might ask and add it to your report.

There were some inappropriate topics talked about on the floor as well. One example - A current BOT person made mention of a committee member (by name) being frequently ill and not at the meetings, I find this grossly inappropriate and this behavior needs to be checked in the future. Stick to your subject. These meetings are not held for this type of degradation. (This hit a nerve with me and I’m a bit irritated by it, even now)

Clean up voting. This is quite possibly the worst situation I have seen in a very long time and includes a serious amount of waste. Waste of money (I’m certain we paid Janet Corey group for the day), energy, paper, and time, for everyone.

Clean up meetings. Stop the ad-lib style meeting. Agenda is set in advance. BOT needs to structure him or herself and report on each subject. Set time limit on each subject. (Most executive meetings set 5-minute rule).

Respect other people’s time. There are members and committee volunteers who actually have additional things going on in their lives, be mindful of this.

I am hopeful for the future-Congratulations everyone!

Icegoalie said...

1214 - all good points.

One thing I am looking forward to these people sticking to business and leaving the personalities out of it. We will never get everyone to agree, but at least we can have a civil discussion.

Anonymous said...

oh yes indeedy, I recall that remark, it was intended to degrade one of the Winners, HA didn't work did it! So rude- two other remarks I found offensive were

Gary Williams suggesting if you want something changed join a committee and giving the example of his own self interest change he made.

Annette making the comment in a very condescending tone if we want a helping hand committee it will YOU, All of YOU. As if it was a bad idea. So obtuse.

So happy those two did not get elected! CONGRATS EVERYONE!

Cori Harms said...

Yes. Same observation. Will try to do better.

Carol Sue Koessel said...

I would like to know the total count of each candidate. That way, if someone drops out (move, quit etc), we know who is the next line of succession. Is this information available? Where do I find it?
Congratulations to the winners, the work just begins. And I want to thank the volunteers for putting your time and efforts into our community.

Anonymous said...

Wait what????? They recopy an original ballot, onto an unsigned paper, for some other person to re-sign it? And we PAY MONEY FOR THAT?

OMG- what the hell is happening?

George Miller said...

I do not agree with the assessment that Rudd was a good treasurer. It was good that he filled a position that no one wanted or was qualified to hold, including him. From what I have been told, Olds is more qualified with financial experience. I am willing to give him that chance to prove his ability.

The Treasurer responsibility is more than reading figures prepared by Heidi. The responsibility includes monitoring the spending and issuing cautions and alerts on present and future expenditures. Unnecessary spending and excessive spending should always be a priority.

There never was an accounting account set up that reflected the true income and expenditure of the RV storage lot. Legal expenses were all over the place. The miscellaneous income account is nothing more than a catch all slush fund that is used mostly to offset exceeded spending of budget items.

Clancy, during the time he was Treasurer, was working in the right direction with his "spending plan". There were two problems with it. Number one: He was working with faulty flawed figures, and two, his personality got in the way. The Capitol Reserve fund, which is money set aside for replacement of facilities and equipment, is greatly flawed and needs to be redone with realistic figures and goals.

Many do not know that our governing documents allow that the Treasurer position can be a paid position. We have the perfect person that can do that. Heidi the Bookkeeper, and she is a Surfside member. I do not expect that this will happen soon, if at all, but because of the millions of dollars we now spend, it is time to become more "professional" with member money. It has become to complex for the Treasurer to be a "volunteer". We need professional management at all levels.

Yes, thanks to Rudd, Olds and Clancy for doing what no one else wanted to do. But, we need more than a good volunteer. Just my opinion. I may be wrong, but that's the way I see it.

George Miller said...

Carol Sue @ 1:15 I will be posting those vote counts and other information such as number of proxy votes, number present, number rejected, etc. It takes additional time to compile that information. Janet Corey, who is highly respected for her ability and honesty, will be preparing a document that has to be filed with Pacific County. That is her first priority right now. Be patient, we will get additional information, and as in years past, I will publish them here on this blog. I will continue to supply information for the members.

Icegoalie said...

George, thank you for all you have done! Without this blog, yesterday would not have happened. Major kudos, sir!

George Miller said...

Thank you for the kind words. Yesterday happened because we had candidates who spoke the truth in spite of the opposition smear tactics and we had members who voted. All I did was provide a means for the truthful information to be provided to the members. A special thanks to those candidates who spoke on this site. The members did come here for information and election results. The blog had slightly over 1,800 page views yesterday and today is well over a thousand. Normal views have been around 300 - 500 a day and 200 - 300 on weekends. For a week, the views have been around a thousand each day. I am looking forward to positive postings. How great will that be?

Anonymous said...

Whatever! Shes kinda of mean

Last I heard was the board members that had say! She just took on this role and seemed to be amicable- but some of you will find fault in whomever is in that position! I think your a small group of hateful people that need to get lives!

Unknown said...

You need to close th8s blog and find a hobby- it's just a very antagonistic small segment of the 2k plus members- a few loudmouths spouting 9ff their way and too cowardly to attach their name.

Steve Cox said...

I want to congratulate the candidates who prevailed, Cori, John, Larry and Rhonda. I'm not sure what the magic was this time, but billing all four together says something from the start. Filling 4 positions with folks who are willing to work together for a common purpose puts a fresh spin on the possibilities.

You have proven that the fears that the JPl. Coalition had a permanent lock on policy control were unwarranted. I think that the extremes of tree enforcement finally got everyone's attention, proof that continuation of the Tree policy has been a primary tenant of the J place/ status-quo candidates.

A challenge will be to employ the "pro-active" enforcement computer program in a restrained manner. That means that Tracy will need to be given guidelines to adhere to.

If she is willing to adapt, she should be given the opportunity to fit in to a less aggressive approach, which may bring out a happier person, more focused on enjoying interactions & less friction.

Oh come on Steve. Take off those rose colored glasses. People don't change.

Observations of my first members meeting:
The president spent about half of his opening comments about why members should not get information from the blog. He did not address that the board provides limited access to meetings (5 year olds can do Zoom but not Surfside?), zero transparency, and a good old boy hierarchy.

There were several comments during the meeting that I still can't comprehend. “Surfside water is pristine and the envy of the peninsula ''-mine looks and smells like old milk? “Proactive compliance was discussed by members dissatisfied with complaint driven compliance”- you mean the BOT not the members? “Paying a bill electronically from the website is the wave of the future”-ten years ago maybe?

I was a bit confused when a question was directed to the president and was answered by Tracy...unsolicited-How many presidents does this HOA have?

The length of the meeting seemed to be due to poor facilitation and an archaic voting system that really needs to change. I did appreciate the insistence by owners to allow members to speak and maybe be heard-it has been a long time coming and needs to continue.

Congratulations to the new board members and it is my hope that you will represent all owners and not just some. That you will be open to revisit 56 year old ideas that might no longer make sense and that you will work to expand access, voice and participation.

Anonymous said...

Yes, what you say is true, even if it is on the big bad blog. How did it work out for the board president? He seems to be hiding something. Now that he is gone, maybe we will find out what it is.

Anonymous said...

837 - using the same Anonymous that you use yourself. You people tried to close this bog down for 10 years now and it hasn't worked yet, it will not work now. Your opinions are your own and are not nearly as popular as they used to be. Loser.

I was told who they were but want help verifying..

When we talking fit- we talking physically, mentally, or just having a backbone? Can you elaborate? My dealings with her have been pleasant, but I'm professional and respectful! You get what you give..if you read these comments- just wonder how many on here actually have a college degree? Easy to say unfit when you have no education or a criminal background. She was hired for a reason and it wasnt to play games with a bunch if uncivil people. Most unprofessional group I have ever seen. I dont clean teeth for a living, nor do I attack ones character blindly without actual facts! If she doesnt stand her ground for her own dignity hiw do we expect her to stand up for us? Maybe try being more professional?

655 - here are facts for you. Number one: her husband threatened a former board member. Number two: she backed the wrong horse. People been let go for a lot less.

Anonymous said...

@8:19 - there was no threat in either letter. It was blown out of proportion and didn't need to be posted publicly from my perspective.
I don't have a horse in the race but will interested watching how this new board unfolds.

Anonymous said...

Getting Gary Williams off the board is the best thing I can think of for Surfside. He and Flood have been horrible for Surfside. Both more interested in furthering their interests than taking good care of all owners in Surfside. Fingers crossed that the people on the board now will get serious about using accurate and proven information to make decisions that work for the majority of Surfside owners. RV people need to take note that they are not the majority and their numbers are declining.

Anonymous said...

Flood was the first board president who looked me right in the face and lied, and Williams will hopefully be the last. I got no time for either one, or for Gary's desire to sit in the dark!

Anonymous said...

Agree! The new board is all positive and wants the best for all.
Take your hate somewhere else.

@8:29 AM

Interesting ANONYMOUS YOU has seen the email yet most of his friends have not. Hmmmm, I believe that means

1. You are the author
2. You are related to the author

I find the college education comment by 6:55 true. Because most of you don't realize even though you comment anonymous, there is an IP address on every one of these comments and it's not that hard to find out where these anonymous comments generate from.

Go get your education and move on. YOU LOST. Suck it up, take it like a big man and go live a productive life. You are boring and stupid.

Anonymous said...

@9:21 - why the hate? I shared and pointed out my comment was from my perspective. The first letter from Tracy was posted here. The other was posted on another site. This isn't hard to find. If you are smart enough to identify actual users from an IP address you should be able to locate it :).
I didn't lose, or win. I'll be watching to see how it unfolds.

Anonymous said...

Shouldn't need to trace the IP address. Just watch for the realtor signs. The ones that say 'view'. That will be a strong indicator who the sore losers are on the blog. Unless, of course, they are just lying again, which is my prediction. They really should get busy trying to rebuild the empire, they alone, had crumble at their royal feet and figuring out whose toes they stepped on. Stepped on in a big way I would like to add, a minimum of what, 321 at the very least!

Now go get busy packing. Looking forward to your garage sale.

Anonymous said...

Why would anyone trust an email from another source other than George? You do know things can be edited? Weird, too bad you can't just back up your shit and say where you see it. If you don't have a dog in the fight that is. smh......

Anonymous said...

@9:41 - why don't you or anyone else point out where a threat was made instead of parroting what you read here? Perhaps it is you that is out of the loop? It isn't my job to spoon feed you. If you can track IP addressed and are so educated, you should be able to find it. Notice how I can respond without calling names?

Anonymous said...

Perhaps Tracy should have just focused on her duties and stayed out of member contentions. Neither her or her husband are members here so please explain which dog belongs to them in this fight, which btw, is now OVER.

Perhaps the reason no one knows what the real email says is because George has enough class to let the employment process work instead of coming on the blog first to cause drama, as you obviously are intending to do.

I recommend you just keep your mouth shut if you are not going to come with good intentions. Everyone who thinks they are rulers will definitely meet their match here. Times have changed and there are some pretty smart people living here now.

Anonymous said...

@9:54 - you are the one trying to rule and I'm not causing drama. I responded to a blog post with my opinion. Many have seen both emails. It was the blog the started the public posting so quit trying to rewrite history and maybe one day you can join the smart people crowd but not today.

Anonymous said...

You sound wishy washy and very thin skinned, maybe if you would have stood up for something you too would have won again.

Anonymous said...

if all you tracy defenders know where this public email is you would let people know to clear her name don't sound like you are very good soldiers...

She really should resign. She has lost the credibility and trust of the members and board. Anything she does now, will be suspect and her motives questioned. If she does not immediately resign, she should be terminated now. The new board should meet in executive session and ask for her resignation. They should immediately begin the process of finding an experienced Office Manager. Kimber or Heidi are capable to continue the office operation.

Tracey chose to go public by addressing the blog rather than talking with George. She doesn'realize how mean some commenters become jumping on virtually ANYONE. She is entitled to her thoughts and feelings, but targeting George is inapprpriate, being too easily angered, and getting her husband into the mix, also not likely to evoke empathy on the blog.

I don't see this as a deal breaker, nor is a public apology by George a reasonable expectation. Tracey can earn a better reputation by making a smooth transition to new Trustees and expecting oversight on the deployment of the new compliance program.

9:47 sometimes we get in our own way. The blog owner or the police can access IP Addresses. Challenging a random blog comment shows you are not skilled in this area. I have an idea of who you probably are and believe you have seen this email in a private way but no longer feel obligated to curb yourself or you just slipped up. Sad, I voted for you too. Possibly good you didn't win, seems there's a continued lack of transparency and honesty.

I am ending the comments on this blog topic. The election and the Tracy thing is behind us now. We have learned from it. Some good things and some, not so much. I will have no further comments on either. I must say, the view numbers and comments have been huge. 1,800 views Saturday and 1,700 Sunday. Today is over 1,000 Glad I was able to provide up to date information as it happened. Thanks for your support. The blog certainly is not anywhere perfect, but what is? Most of us, just do the best we can. Now, lets move on and be grateful for the wonderful area we live.
